How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take about 5-7 business days because your order still has to be prepared and made.
How do I track my order?
To track your order you can find the order number, but if it does not pop up you can scroll to the bottom of our website and we have a tab that say "Track Order".
How do I return an item?
To return an item contact customer care for a return authorization form so you can return your item. All items must be returned by 3 days. You cannot return a broken item, but you can get a refund.You can also click Return an item at the bottom of the page.
Can I get my jewlery custom made?
For a inspirational bracelet you can get a custom word and that word has to be maximum 9 letters long, but you have to pick from a size listed. For lanyards, necklaces, and phone charms I can make them custom if I can find the materials. These might cost more.
Do you provide International delivery?
At the moment we are not providing International delivery, but we might decide in the future to start delivering internationaly.
What is your returns policy?
Our return policy is you cannot return custom made jewelry, but you can return not custom made items in 3-4 days after you receive your order.
